What's scarier? Halloween or Elections? Regardless of what "side of the aisle" you support, elections are undoubtedly a stressful time for Americans. That's why I spent my Election Day setting someone on fire!
Okay, not really. For our film "Banks of the Vltava," we have a character who is set ablaze. We shot the FX for composite, and we are very excited by the footage! This week, we start ADR sessions for the film. It's awesome to watch this monstrosity come to life!
Halloween was a great day for us, as well. The film "A Study in Red" (2009) made its online premiere, and it set records for hits on our website! Thanks to everyone who has supported the film!
A feature film I co-wrote, Ocean Drive, has just gone into pre-production, and I'm very excited to see it coming together. Thanks to co-writer and producer Brad Yoder for including me on this great project. Keep an eye out for more info!
Otherwise, I've been busy pecking away at the keyboard on a few other feature scripts, and I hope I'll get the chance to shoot my own first feature sometime in 2011.
